If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on O2Cool.com, simply return your order within 30 days of the purchase date and we will happily credit your original form of payment. Returned goods must be in new, unused condition. We will issue a return label once the return request is submitted and approved.

We also offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. (if lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original form of payment)

Please note that a restocking fee of $4 will be applied to all returns.

If you purchased one of our items from a retailer please return to the place of purchase. We do not offer replacements or returns for product not purchased from our website.
If you purchased the your product from Amazon, the return must be initiated through Amazon. Our customer service team will only be able to process returns and exchanges for website orders.
